ATS Realty principals and
brokers have been serving tenants and landlords throughout
New England for more than 40 years, delivering retail
real estate services ranging from site selection for
national retailers, to shopping center leasing, to land
assemblage for developers and retailers.
Among the firm's most notable accomplishments
are introducing such national retailers as KMart and
Midas Muffler to New England, and assembling such landmark
development retail properties in greater Boston as the
Woburn Mall, the Billerica Mall, and President’s
Plaza in Quincy.
Now in its second generation, ATS Realty
is headed by Principal Theodore (Ted) Speros who brings
a wealth of management and leadership experience to
ATS’ already seasoned team. ATS serves New England
and New York clients from four offices in Waltham, MA;
Amherst, MA; Essex Junction, VT; and Coxsackie, NY.
Our in-house marketing and operations
staff serve as ATS’ back-end production engine
that supports the outbound efforts of our brokers. Directed
by the brokers, they produce and deliver market analyses
and materials needed to promote clients’ properties
or to find just the right tenant site!
We use state-of-the-art demographics
and mapping systems to deliver reports on market data,
site analyses, market optimization, household incomes,
drive-time populations, population density, and much
more. Our marketing department generates data-rich visual
tools including demographic reports and maps, site maps,
and aerial photographs, all fully customized with client
data and requirements. ATS client deliverables are produced
in-house for full control and timely turnaround. They
include site-tour books, listing brochures, signage,
large-scale presentation plotting, and more.
ATS maintains thousands of industry
contacts in our custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
database, which helps us organize broker/landlord/tenant
relationships and manage the myriad communications necessary
to successfully bring a transaction to fruition. We
use this very same database to generate marketing e-mailings,
targeting each client’s message to the appropriate
audience, delivering those messages in a timely and
consistent manner, and tracking the results through
on-board feedback and reporting capabilities.
In addition, we update the ATS Realty
website regularly with clients’ current property
listings and/or space needs, as well as other client-specific
requirements.
