Landlords ATS works with landlords from initial site visit to beyond lease signing to secure and maintain quality tenants. Basic services include site evaluation, competitive market analyses, trade area positioning, development of marketing materials and signage, outbound targeted marketing efforts, prospective tenant site tours, and lease execution. Going well beyond basic services, brokers assist landlords strategically to organize their tenant mix, position a shopping center or stand-alone space in the trade area for maximum desirability and revenues, and if needed, consult on permitting, tenant fit-up design and construction. We are also able to make quality referrals to obtain additionally needed resources, from lease and project financing through fit-up.
Tenants Brokers combine their on-the-ground knowledge of the market and inventory with the use of proprietary in-house demographics and mapping systems to compile and analyze market data, provide critical market analyses and site recommendations. Each site is judged against a set of criteria developed through a collaborative effort between ATS and the client, then ranked according to how the site scores against the criteria. The result is informed site selection that is aligned economically and strategically with the client’s overall goals.
The site selected, ATS brings to bear the experience of hundreds of successful negotiations between tenants and landlords, to complete the deal, whether the contract outcome is a lease or purchase. We continue our involvement through permitting, development, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure the client’s successful grand opening.
