Mark Thibeault joined ATS Realty in 2006
to direct ATS’ Vermont office. With more than
fifteen years of experience, and more than 500 commercial
real estate assignments, he has assisted numerous regional
and national companies in securing commercial space
and properties to meet their needs. He specializes in
retail and restaurants with considerable knowledge in
leasing, sales and development transactions. As the
UPS Store’s Broker of Record in Vermont, New Hampshire,
Connecticut, and New York, Mark has completed more than
45 transactions for the UPS Store.
Prior to ATS, Mark served as the leasing
coordinator for a commercial real estate developer,
and was responsible for all transaction phases including
marketing, lease negotiation, lease document preparation,
construction management of tenant build-outs, and ongoing
tenant management. His ongoing construction and municipal
planning experience play an insightful and instrumental
role in the execution of commercial real estate transactions.
Mark is member of ICSC, and is a
licensed Real Estate Broker in Vermont and New Hampshire.
