Russell Francis directs ATS Realty’s operations in the New York. In his capacity as a broker, Russell delivers traditional brokerage services and also works with clients on complex land assemblage deals for real estate development sites.

Russell began his career in Finance and Real Estate in 1992 when he established a family trust, R&S Francis Holdings, Inc., for which he serves as Chairman & CEO. The firm trades in real estate investment as well as commodity and stock offerings. With a keen eye for and success in identifying undervalued real estate and underserved or untapped trading markets, Russell recently founded R&S Francis Holdings Realty, Inc., which conducts real estate transactions like a traditional real estate firm. Russell also has held management or board seats at national retailers such as International Kmart Corporation, FF Donut Connection Corporation, and John Hancock Corporation.

He earned his Associate in Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration - Marketing & Retailing and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Advertising. He is an associate member of ICSC, NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers), NYSE (New York Stock Exchange), International Order of Demolay (Life member of Masonic Youth organization), International Order of F. & A.M. (life member of Free and Accepted Masons), and Greene County, NY Historical Society (board member).
