and if needed, consult on permitting, tenant fit-up design
and construction. We are also able to make quality referrals
to obtain additionally needed resources, from lease and project
financing through fit-up.
Brokers combine their on-the-ground knowledge of the market
and inventory with the use of proprietary in-house demographics
and mapping systems to compile and analyze market data, provide
critical market analyses and site recommendations. Each site
is judged against a set of criteria developed through a collaborative
effort between ATS and the client, then ranked according to
