Ted Speros began working in the retail
shopping development and brokerage business with his
father, Arthur T. Speros (ATS), more than 25 years ago.
He specializes in redevelopment and ground-up development
of shopping centers including land assemblage, pre-leasing
and design. In addition, he provides strategic market
planning for numerous retailers expanding in the Northeast,
among them Morton’s Steakhouse, and Applebee’s
Restaurant.
For Applebee’s, he recently lead
a five-year New England expansion plan resulting in
40 Applebee’s site approvals. As leasing principal
for another premiere New England real estate firm, Ted
controlled a two million square-foot commercial portfolio.
Ted has been an active
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC) for twenty-five years. He is a licensed Broker
in Massachusetts and New York, and a licensed Construction
Supervisor in Massachusetts. He earned his Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
